SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of building materials and can be used for the production of mortars and unfired building products, such as facade tiles. The raw mix for the production of mortars and non-firing building products contains cement, press powder of the composition, wt.%: Cambrian clay - 63.0, bentonite - 1.5, cullet - 4.0, skull - 5.0, granite screenings - 13.0, dolomite - 13.5, sodium carbonate - Na₂CO₃ - 0.18-0.28 over 100% and liquid glass - 0.36 over 100%, pigment "RED" and water, additionally contains granulated blast-furnace slag, screened out on a sieve No. 1.25, crushed broken ceramic bricks screened on a sieve No. 2.5, and a complex additive represented by an aqueous solution with a density of ρ=1.037 g/cm³, a pH value of pH=6.5, in the form of a mixture of copolymer carboxylates methacrylic acid, maleic acid copolymer and silicic acid sol with density ρ=1.021 g/cm³, pH=4.0, in the following ratio, wt.%: carboxylate of methacrylic acid copolymer - 24.5, carboxylate of maleic acid copolymer - 6.0, said silica sol - 4.5, water - 65.0; at the following ratio of components, wt.%: cement 12.0-22.0, specified press powder 8.0-10.0, pigment "RED" 1.0-3.0, specified granulated blast-furnace slag 44.0- 56.0, specified crushed ceramic brick 3.0-7.0, specified complex additive in excess of 100% 0.05-0.15, water - the rest.

EFFECT: creation of a raw mix for the production of building mortars and non-firing building products with a reduced coefficient of thermal conductivity.
