SUBSTANCE: invention relates to alarm systems controlled by computing devices. Integrated security complex "POST" consists of the level of terminal devices, the level of systems including the system of detection and protection against penetration, security and fire alarm system, security television system, security lighting system, access control and management system, uninterruptible power system, data transmission system. Central processing unit is designed to collect, process information from end devices and provide signals of reaction to changing the situation at the level of terminal devices. Level of the networked computer management system includes automated and remote workstations, central and backup servers, the collection unit, processing the response of the computer network management system to changes in the environment and external influences at the system level, wherein the terminal devices included in the intrusion detection and protection system include a perimeter vibration detection means, microprocessor-controller of which is arranged to divide the signal into at least five signal processing channels. Combining into two groups of signals with the output of each group to a separate output of the microprocessor and to its own pulse generator of alarm. Technical result is also achieved when using the method of operation of the integrated complex of engineering and technical means of protection "POST", consisting in the fact that collecting, processing information is carried out from terminals in real time, issue reaction signals to change the situation at the level of terminal devices, collecting, processing is carried out according to the specified algorithms of the computer network management system response to changes in the environment and external influences at the level of the system of further transfer of information to workstations and remote workstations in accordance with their access level, storage of video information is carried out in the video archive in the central processing unit and its further transfer to workstations and remote workstations, if necessary, redundant communication links between end devices and the central processing unit.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to increase the security of the protected object at all levels of the system and between its levels.
