SUBSTANCE: invention is a dioscorea deltoidea wall cell suspension culture strain under name of igf-dm-05-pro n89 deposited in the Russian Collection of Higher Plants at the Federal State Budgetary Institute of Science in the Institute of Plant Physiology named after K.A. Timiryazev of the Russian Academy of Sciences, - producer of protodioscin.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a suspension strain of Dioscorea deltoidea Wall, a producer of protodioscin with stable growth parameters, a stable synthesis of protodioscin in the process of industrial hardware cultivation, and a lack of seasonal dependence of its production.
