SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Invention is obtaining a suspension strain of cultured cells of Tribulus terrestris L. plant in vitro, deposited in Russian Collection of Cultured Cells of Higher Plants of Federal State Budgetary Institution of Science Timiryazev Institute of Plant Physiology of Russian Academy of Sciences under designation Tter8 No. 81 – producer of steroid glycosides.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain suspension cell culture of Tribulus terrestris Linnaeus with stable growth parameters and synthesizing protodioscin irrespective of season.
