SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering, namely, to central heat and cold supply. Heat and cold supply system, including an absorption refrigerating machine (ABRM), evaporator of which is connected to the delivery and return pipeline of cold supply, and a condenser and absorber of the ABRM are located on the cold-water pipeline and additional cooling circuit with a cooling tower. Cold accumulator is connected to the delivery and return pipeline of cold supply.

EFFECT: uninterrupted providing the consumer with required amount of heat for ventilation and heating in the cold season, for all-year DHW and with required amount of cold of the corresponding temperature level in any season providing the control of the cold supply level.
