SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of thermal power engineering. The system of solar heat supply and hot water supply contains the first hydraulic circuit, consisting of a solar collector and a heating circuit of the "liquid-liquid" heat exchanger, the second hydraulic circuit, consisting of a heated circuit of the "liquid-liquid" heat exchanger and a heating circuit of the storage tank, a third hydraulic circuit, consisting of a heated circuit of a storage tank and a heating circuit of a liquid-air heat exchanger, an air heating circuit consisting of a heated circuit of a liquid-air heat exchanger and a consumer of thermal energy and hot water supply, which are connected by means of a supply air duct and a return air duct to a it with a fan, while the first hydraulic circuit and the second hydraulic circuit are connected by means of a "liquid-liquid" heat exchanger, the second hydraulic circuit and the third hydraulic circuit are connected by means of an accumulator tank, and the system is equipped with a shock assembly, pulsed on blower with a hollow body and an elastic diaphragm installed inside it, dividing it into an upper cavity and a lower cavity with an inlet check valve and an outlet check valve connected to it, as well as two hydraulic accumulators, moreover, the shock assembly is installed in the supply pipeline of the second hydraulic circuit, pulse supercharger the upper cavity of the hollow body is connected to the outlet of the first circulation pump, the lower cavity of the hollow body is connected in series in the return pipeline of the first hydraulic circuit by check valves of the inlet and outlet, the first hydraulic accumulator is installed in the first hydraulic circuit, and the second hydraulic accumulator is connected to the outlet of the first circulation pump.
