FIELD: hydraulic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to hydraulic engineering and can be used for the disposal systems with significant fluctuations in the water level in the downstream reach. Energy absorber comprises the hydraulic jump basin 1, the supply pressure water conduit 3 and the drain channel 4. Supply pressure water conduit 3 comprises the internal partition 5 with the openings 6 in the outlet part terminated by the stabilizer in the form of the elastic sling 7, which is fixed at one end rigidly to the partition 5 and the lower end of the elastic sling 5 is provided with the tubular elastic cavity 8, which is filled with plastic foam. Stabilizer in the form of the elastic sling 7 with the tubular elastic cavity 8 is located in the hydraulic jump basin 1. Ledges 9 are performed at the bottom of the pressure water conduit 3. Upper end of the pressure water conduit 3 is connected to the canopy 11 by means of the hinge 10 and the adjustable counterweight 12 is fixed to the top of the canopy 11 flat surface upwards. In the space under the elastic sling 7, the zone is formed with velocities that are close to the values of the erosion-resistant velocities for the bottom of the well, which protects the outflow channel against erosion.
EFFECT: design of the device is easy to use for the absorber operation.
