SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machinery and can be used in the flax harvesting machines. Method of the seed boxes separating from the flax stems involves the seed boxes detachment or destruction by communicating the stems of flax with vibrational movements and carrying out the boxes and seeds from the flax tape. Vibrational movements are communicated to the stems with an amplitude of 35 to 40 mm and a frequency of at least 250 s-1. Seed boxes from the flax stems separating device contains a vibration exciter, which is mounted in the vibrating mechanism body by means of guides located on its lateral sides, a spring fixed at one end to the vibration exciter body, and by the other is on the vibrating mechanism body. Vibration exciter comprises two identical toothed gear wheels, which are engaged with possibility of rotation in the opposite directions, each of which is provided with the same unbalanced mass located symmetrically relative to the pole of their engagement. Vibration exciter is equipped with two bars. Device is equipped with a clamping conveyor, which is made of two belt conveyors, which frame and the vibrating mechanism are mounted on a support frame that surrounds the frame of the clamping conveyor, which is mounted with possibility of movement along the support frame by means of guide rollers. Both bars are fixed by one end to the vibration exciter body, and by the other is to the frame of the clamping conveyor.

EFFECT: technical result consists in obtaining a heap with a low content of muddle.
