FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fungicides, namely to a method for controlling the leaf spotting of sugar beet leaves and its prevention in sugar beet plants that Cercospora beticola (CERCBE) causes. Method comprises applying a fungicidally effective amount of a compound of formula I with consumption rate in the range of 100 g/ha to about 300 g/ha. This effective amount is applied to at least one plant, to the surrounding to the plant area, to the soil used to support plant growth, to plant root, to plant leaves and to the seeds used for plant growing.
EFFECT: method for controlling the leaf spotting of sugar beet leaves and its prevention.
