SUBSTANCE: invention relates to noise suppression. Silencer contains a body consisting of cylindrical shell, rigidly connected by end round plates with inlet and outlet air pipes, in the body at least three reactive chambers perpendicular to the aerodynamic flow direction are located, formed by round discs with openings, wherein the openings in the discs are alternately displaced relative to the body axis in such a way, that the openings in two adjacent discs do not coincide, wherein three series-connected jet chambers are connected with body inlet air pipe, there are combined and sound-absorbing chambers in the body, wherein combined chamber is formed by discs, connected to each other by means of a central sleeve, coaxial to the cylindrical shell, with an inner surface, lined with sound-absorbing material, wherein one of the discs facing inlet air pipe, is made perforated and lined with sound absorbing round element, which is also installed on the discs with orifices forming reactive chambers, and sound-absorbing chamber is formed by a cylindrical shell, an end round plate with discharge branch pipe and a disc with central bore, coaxial with a combined chamber central sleeve, wherein sound-absorbing chamber inner surfaces are lined with sound absorbing circular element, installed coaxially to cylindrical body, and a circular plate with an outlet air duct and a disk with a central orifice, are faced with sound-absorbing round element, the body is made of structural materials, with a layer of a soft vibration damping material, for example mastic VD-17, applied on its surface from one or two sides, or "Gerlen-D" type material.

EFFECT: technical result is the increased efficiency of noise suppression.
