FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: impact assembly includes a housing 1 with an inlet channel 2 and an outlet channel 3, a shock valve 4, a rod 5 with a sleeve 6. Channel 2 is connected to channel 3. The valve 4 is located in channel 2 and is rigidly fixed to the rod 5 installed in the housing 1 with a possibility of its reciprocating motion between channels 2 and 3. The assembly is additionally provided with a cylindrical pusher 7, a guide cup 8 with a longitudinal notch 9 on its side surface and a cap 10, a box 11 with a lid 12, a spring 13. In the housing 1, between channels 2 and 3, a notch 14 is provided to access the rod 5. A groove 15 is formed in the lid 12 in proportion to the notch 9 profile. The cutout 14 from the outside of the housing 1 is connected to the inlet of the box 11, the outlet of which is provided with the lid 12. The cup 8 is rigidly fixed to the lid 12. The groove 15 and the notch 9 are aligned with each other. The pusher 7 is mounted with a possibility of its reciprocating movement into the cup 8. The spring 13 is mounted inside the box 11 and is connected to the rod 5 at one end and to the pusher 7 at the other. The cap 10 is mounted on the cup 9 on the side of the pusher 7.
EFFECT: provided possibility to control the moment of shock valve opening and closure.
