FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of hydraulics, fluid and gas dynamics and machine building, can be used in devices using hydraulic impact to create pulse fluid motion. Impact assembly includes hollow housing 1 with holes 2, 3 and 4 for inlet and outlet of working medium, impact valves 5, 6 with springs 7, 8, seat 11 and seat with support 12 for valves 5, 6 respectively, rods 20, 22, installed in supports 21, 23, respectively, shaft with cam 14, located in supports perpendicular to housing 1. Guide bushings 9, 10 are introduced. Valves 5, 6 and holes 2, 3 are located opposite and coaxial, and reversing hole 4 is located perpendicular to them. Stem 22 is composite. Left part of stock 22 is installed in support 23 and ends with the tubular end, and the right one is made with the plate-like beginning in intermediate support 24 and the seat with support 12. Pipe and plate parts are connected by means of levers 25 fixed on support 24. Housing 1 has spacer sleeve 26. Seat 11 and seat 12 with opposite side are pressed by adapter nuts 27, 28, respectively.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing throughput capacity of assembly and providing a wide range of frequencies of reverse redistribution of working medium flow passing through unit.
