FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to internal combustion engine control device. On internal combustion engine 10, a control device is applied. Engine 10 comprises water pump 24 and oil pump 21. Device causes second electric motor 23 to drive water pump 24 and oil pump 21, when first electric motor 22 for driving oil pump 21 is faulty. As a consequence, when first electric motor 22 is defective, oil pump 21 can be driven by second electric motor 23. Thus, the possibility of jamming the moving parts of the engine can be reduced. In addition, when first electric motor 22 is defective, the friction in motor 10 can be reduced, since oil pump 21 is not driven by the crankshaft.

EFFECT: technical result is increase in reliability.
