FIELD: cryogenics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to cryogenics. Sealed and thermally insulated tank integrated in a structure comprising bearing wall (3), has a wall attached to said bearing wall. Structure also comprises a primary element and a secondary element disposed between the bearing wall and the primary element. Each of the primary and secondary elements includes a thermal insulation barrier formed by insulation blocks (1, 13) in the form of rectangular parallelepipeds, located in parallel rows. It comprises a plastic foam layer sandwiched between two rigid insulating plates (13a, 303) which delimit said insulation block and which are substantially parallel to the bearing wall in the area in which they are located, and a sealing barrier located on each of the thermal insulation barriers. Thermal insulation barrier of the secondary element is secured to the bearing wall, the thermal insulation barrier of the primary element is attached to the secondary element of the tank by fastening means connected to the thermal insulation barrier of the secondary element, for pressing the primary insulation blocks of the primary element of the tank wall to the secondary insulation blocks of the secondary element of the wall tank. Fastening means include: metal plate (301, 401, 100b, 501) fixed in a counterbore of rigid plate (13a, 303) of primary insulation block (13) covering secondary sealing barrier (502, 304), and located on the side of said barrier. Metal plate (301, 401, 100b, 501) comprises at least one retaining area and protruding member (310, 108b, 408b, 504), which is linked by its base to secondary insulation block (1) located near the metal plate. Connecting member connecting said retaining area of the metal plate (301, 401, 100b, 501) with protruding member (310) has a retaining area and is adjacent to a stack of elastic washers incurred on protruding member (310), on the top of which nut (314) is screwed. Protruding member has a threaded head in order to engage with nut (314, 109b, 409b, 505) which, when screwed in, exerts a force on the retaining area of the plate through the connecting member in the direction of bearing wall (3). Each of four adjacent primary insulation blocks at a corner adjacent to the other three primary insulation blocks comprises metal plate (301, 401, 100b, 501). Plate is fixed in a counterbore of rigid plate (13a, 303) of primary insulation block (13) covering secondary sealing barrier (502, 304), on the side of said barrier (502, 304). Metal plate (301, 401, 100b, 501) has at least one retaining area. Tanker for conveying a cold liquid has a double shell and a sealed and thermally insulated tank disposed in the double shell. Use of the tanker for loading or unloading the cold liquid, includes feeding the cold liquid through insulated pipes from or to a floating or land storage facility or to or from the tank.
EFFECT: transfer system for the cold liquid, comprises a tanker, thermally insulated pipes arranged to connect the tank installed in the shell of the tanker to a floating or land storage facility and a pump for transferring a cold liquid flow through the thermally insulated pipes to or from floating or land storage facility to or from the tank.
