FIELD: package and storage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a sealed and heat-insulated tank intended for liquid storage. Reservoir has multiple walls having a multilayer structure. First metal sheet (60) has two perpendicular corrugations (65, 66) and first and second edges (61, 62), which are located opposite to each other and are parallel to intersection (45) between bearing structure (3) of first wall (42) and bearing structure (3) of adjacent second wall (43). First edge (61) is located closer to second wall (43), than second edge (62). First edge (61) of first metal sheet (60), on one side is welded to small metal plate (56) of first insulating panel (44), to hold first metal sheet (60) on first insulating panel (44), and on other side is welded to first flange of metal angular plate (67), which has second flange welded to metal sheet (60) of secondary sealing membrane (4) of second wall (43). Second metal sheet (86) has two perpendicular corrugations (90, 91), one of corrugation (91) is located in continuation of one of corrugation (66) of the first metal sheet (60). Second metal sheet (86) has first and second edges (87, 88), which are opposite to each other and parallel to intersection (45) between bearing structure (3) at first wall (42) and bearing structure (3) of adjacent second wall (43 ). First edge (87) is located closer to second wall (43), than second edge (88). Second edge (62) of the first metal sheet (60) and first edge (87) of the second metal sheet (86) are welded to each other. One edge from second edge (62) of first metal sheet (60) and first edge (87) of second metal sheet (86), which is a bent edge, makes it possible to weld overlapping first and second metal sheets (60, 86) to each other. Second edge (88) of the second metal sheet (86) is welded to the small metal plate (92) of the second insulating panel (50).
EFFECT: technical result is the creation of a reservoir, allowing to compensate for some tolerances on the dimensions of the bearing structure by adapting the width of the overlap between the first and second metal sheets or the width of the second metal sheet.
