SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical technique, namely to respiratory interface device for delivering gas to user, as well as support structure and gasket used in it. Gas delivery device to the user comprises a connection interface for connecting hose for delivery of gas to user. Device comprises gasket configured to contact user's face and to cover a part of the user's nose and/or mouth. Device comprises inflatable support structure for supporting the gasket. Inner part of the support structure and/or gasket is connected to the interface. Coupling interface is configured to inflate the support structure and/or the gasket. Inflatable support structure comprises inflatable rib that is configured to form a frame to hold the gasket and to impart mechanical stability when the rib is inflated. Each rib of the rib structure can be inflated individually or inflated equally with the rest of ribs of the structure.
EFFECT: improving mechanical stability and ensuring alignment of geometry of the mask and face of the user.
