FIELD: ship building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a multilayer paint coating used in hydraulic engineering, for waterproofing and protection against fouling of concrete and reinforced concrete surfaces operated in sea water. Paint coating contains a primer layer, a layer of the paint composition and a layer of a self-polishing antifouling coating. Primer layer is made of a composition comprising an epoxy diane resin, a coal tar resin, a water soluble solvent dimethyl formamide or dimethyl sulfoxide, or diisopropyl carbonate, a triethylene tetramine hardener agent. Layer of the paint composition is applied to the primer layer after it has solidified. Layer of the paint composition is made of a composition containing an epoxy diane resin, a coal tar, the same water-soluble solvent that is used in the primer, a hardener agent triethylenetetramine and red iron oxide. Further, a self-polishing anti-fouling coating is applied to the layer surface of the paint composition. It is made of a composition comprising an antifouling agent Interswift 6600 based on copper acrylates, modified by nanodispersed low molecular polytetrafluoroethylene with a molecular weight of 1,000–5,000, in an amount of 5–20 % of the weight of self-polishing antifouling composition. In this case, each successive layer of the paint coating is applied after the previous one is hardened to the aftertack degree.

EFFECT: invention provides effective protection against biofouling by marine organisms of concrete and reinforced concrete surfaces of water supply lines of technical water supply of the CHP plants due to the increase in the duration of the biosecurity action, strength and cohesion of its constituent layers.
