FIELD: compositions of epoxy anti-corrosion coatings.
SUBSTANCE: two-pack composition is proposed for anti-corrosion work under water, consisting of component A and component B. Component A includes (wt.%) low molecular weight epoxy diane resin “ЭД-20” (66.7-71.4) and microtalc (28.6-33.3). Component B includes (wt.%) amine hardener No. 921 (46.0-47.4) and microtalc (52.6-54.0). The absence of organic solvents in the composition reduces its toxicity and fire and explosion hazard, and reduces the environmental load on the environment. The composition contains only 3 components and can be obtained in the field.
EFFECT: production of coatings under water with a layer thickness that does not flow down from the vertical surface from 700 to 1500 microns.
