FIELD: paint industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to paint materials and coatings thereof and can be used in shipbuilding, nuclear power engineering, petroleum industry for anticorrosive, anti-fouling protection of equipment, metal, concrete surfaces and structures, rubber, plastics and composite materials, operated in conditions of combined action of aggressive environmental factors, including deep sea water. Epoxide-phenylene film-based enamel contains aromatic conjugated bonds in hydroquinone oligomer, which is epoxidised with low-molecular epoxy resin to obtain a base resin, and when dissolving to 57–60 wt% in a mixture of solvents – lacquer. Semi-finished enamel includes lacquer, traditional fillers and pigments, curing agent, as well as modifiers.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain an anticorrosion, anti-fouling, mushroom-resistant coating.
