SUBSTANCE: invention relates to refrigeration technology. Device for cooling a consumer, having includes cooling circuit (2) for circulating a cooling fluid. Circuit includes pump (5) and super-cooler (6),having container (7), fluidically connected, via supply line (12) equipped with expansion valve (14), to storage tank (11) for the cooling liquid and which serves for accommodating a cooling bath. Gas removal line (15), arranged on container (7), for discharging evaporated cooling liquid. Heat exchanger (9) which is immersed in cooling bath (8) and is integrated into cooling circuit (2). There branches off from cooling circuit (2) flow-open connection line (17) which is fluidically connected to storage tank (11) and/or to supply line (12), leading to cooling bath (8) of super-cooler (6), upstream of expansion valve (14).

EFFECT: technical result is avoiding the use of a separate vessel for equalisation.
