FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is used in a method for synthesizing hydrocarbons of C5 and higher from natural gas by intermediate conversion of natural gas to a synthesis gas and the subsequent conversion of CO and H2 by the Fischer-Tropsch reaction. Method involves sequentially carrying out steam reforming of natural gas in a reactor under pressure of a mixture of natural gas with steam within the range of 22–35 bar with a synthesis gas production, extracting carbon dioxide from the synthesis gas to the residual carbon dioxide content in the synthesis gas of not more than 5 % by volume by the method of liquid absorption. Further, from the synthesis gas excess hydrogen is recovered in a hydrogen permeable membrane unit until the ratio of H2:CO within the range of 1.9–2.3 and performing synthesis of liquid hydrocarbons from the synthesis gas by the Fischer-Tropsch method.
EFFECT: obtaining synthesis gas of an optimal composition without the use of CO2 extraction from flue gases and reduction of CO2 content in the synthesis gas.
