FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to processing of heavy oil or bitumen to produce synthetic hydrocarbon products, which includes: (a) provision of raw material source containing heavy oil or bitumen, (b) treating said starting material with formation of one or more distilled fractions and one undistillable lower fraction, (c) feeding said lower fraction into circuit for producing synthetic gas to obtain stream of synthetic gas, hydrogen-depleted, due to reaction of non-catalytic partial oxidation, wherein said stream of synthetic gas, hydrogen-depleted, has ratio H2:CO ranged from approximately 0.5:1 to approximately 1:1, and reaction of said synthetic gas in Fischer-Tropsch reactor with synthesis of hydrocarbon products, (d) adding external source of hydrogen to depleted hydrogen synthetic gas for optimisation of synthesis of said synthetic hydrocarbon products, at least one of which is synthetic oil raw material (versions), and to method for processing lower bitumen or heavy oil fraction in order to produce synthetic hydrocarbon products.
EFFECT: technical result of this invention is improved methods for processing of heavy oil and bitumen for synthesis of hydrocarbons with considerably increased output of products.
