FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pressure metal treatment and can be used in the manufacture of an axisymmetric disc type part with a hub. Cylindrical preform is deformed by crimping it along sectoral areas between two approaching tools, one of which performs additional complex oscillatory motion. Simultaneously, the workpiece is acted upon by the axial force of the upsetting. End rolling is carried out until a flat stretching scheme appears at the end of the rolling. Plane stress is created by the action of additional stresses of the first kind, with the formation of a ring neck at the junction of the disk with the hub, in which non-contact deformation occurs. Depth of the ring neck should not be more than half of the allowance for machining of the disc.
EFFECT: as a result, widening of the technological possibilities of the method is provided due to the diameter increase of the rolled parts and simplification of the end rolling technology.
