FIELD: manufacture of large disks.
SUBSTANCE: local deformation of the blank is carried out by several pairs of synchronously operating rolling devices. Sections of the disk that are difficult to deform in the form of a sheet connecting the central hub with the outer rim of the disk are subjected to forced linear or flat tension by tensile rolling devices with simultaneous deformation of the said web according to a different mechanical scheme by crimping rolling devices. A disk sheet is obtained, having a thickness of 1 to 2% of its diameter, without stamping slopes on the hub and the crown.
EFFECT: deformation force is reduced.
