FIELD: plastic metal working, namely manufacture of disc type parts for motor vehicles, aircrafts and other machines, mainly of light alloys. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of forming blank having boss, plate with adjoining bead and cylindrical portion for subsequently shaping rim and bead of that blank. Rim and bead are shaped by means of roller reducing them until dimension exceeding thickness of rim by sizing value. Said rim and bead are sized by means of sizing roller whose profile is identical to that of rim and bead of ready part. In order to simplify shaping process, dimensions of cylindrical portion of blank are selected according to given relations R_outer= R_r.outer, R_inner= R_r.inner, L_c.≥ V+ΔV/π(R2outer
