FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to homogenizing valves. Homogenizing valve (1) comprises valve body (2), two pistons, two annular chambers, annular passage and striking heads and an assembled organ. First piston is located in the through-hole of the valve body. Second piston is located in the through hole and integrally coupled to the first piston. First annular chamber is afforded between the valve body and the first piston, wherein the inlet of the fluid at high pressure gripping the chamber to transfer to it the fluid at high pressure. Second annular chamber is afforded between the valve body and the second piston, the fluid outlet gripping the chamber to receive from it the fluid at low pressure. Annular passage head is interposed between the first and second annular chambers. Annular striking head is integrally coupled to the first and second pistons to form the assembled organ, in an axial direction towards the passage head so that said striking head defines with the passage head an interspace of passage of the fluid from the first chamber to the second chamber. Assembled organ is rotatable due to the lower gear profile engaging with the gear tool. Section near the interspace of passage is two-sided, that is, it provides the possibility to interchange the through-head and the pressure head.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the energy consumption at the same yield of the fibrous product and reducing the wear of the valve components.
