FIELD: medical devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device suitable for dispensing a liquid substance, in particular an ophthalmic substance, containing a container with a substance to be dosed, a dispenser for dosing the substance into the external environment, which contains a piston element loaded with the pressure of the compressed substance so that it defaults to the standby position (B1) which prevents the pre-load chamber from being filled with the dose of substance to be released, and a valve element capable of providing a connection between the said pre-load chamber and the external environment. The device also contains a dispenser actuator which sequentially compresses the air used to move the piston element from its standby position (B1), allowing a dose of substance to fill the preload chamber, and then mechanically actuates the valve element and simultaneously provides a connection with the external environment specified preload chamber, as well as the volume of air previously used to move the piston element from its waiting position.
EFFECT: invention ensures that the same amount of dose of the substance is taken out of the container.
