FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Disk-shaped resilient element comprises a body in which two resilient elements: a lower one and an upper one – are oppositely installed. Each of the disk-shaped resilient elements comprises two flat resilient coaxially set rings: of smaller diameter and of greater diameter. Rings are coupled to each other by three resilient flat plates inclined to the rings’ axis. Each of the rings of smaller diameter is coupled with the respective cover by screws. Between the caps there is a cylindrical helical spring, the turns of which are covered with polyurethane. Each of the rings of greater diameter is coupled with the respective lower and upper parts of the body. Lower part of the framework consists of a base made as a disk with ring inner groove. Lower disk-shaped resilient element’s lower resilient ring of greater diameter is set in the disk groove. Ring from friction material is attached to the lower part of the lower ring to provide for dry friction ensuring the required shock absorption in the system. Between base of spring and lower cover there are three intermediate damping layers. Between the upper and lower covers of the helical spring and, respectively, the upper and lower parts of the frame additional elastic-damping elements in the form of truncated cones are installed.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode is being achieved.
