FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: resilient dish-shaped element comprises a framework in which a resilient element is installed. The lower part of the framework consists of a base made as a disk with ring inner groove. The resilient element contains two flat resilient coaxially located rings. The rings are coupled to each other by three resilient flat plates between the grooves inclined to the rings' axis. The bottom ring of the resilient element is located in the disk groove. To the bottom part of the bottom ring the ring out of friction material is secured to ensure dry friction. The top part of the framework is made as a cover being a disk with a central annular groove. The cover is rigidly connected with the upper ring of the resilient element by screws. A layer of vibration damping material is arranged in the central ring groove of the cover, and a mounting plate to hold the unit whose vibrations are to be isolated is fixed on the said layer. Between the cover and the base of the resilient disk-shaped element, a mesh damper is fitted through the resilient element made of elastomer.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode.
