FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used for the processing equipment, including weaving looms vibration isolation. Vibration isolator for unbalanced equipment, made in the form of a two-stage frame consisting of successively connected and identical frames: the upper frame, on which a vibration insulated object is fixed through the vibration damping gasket, and a lower frame axially symmetrically located under the upper frame and supported by an elastic damping element made in the form of a damper and parallel to at least two elastic elements fixed to it at the base. Upper frame is made in the form of a horizontal plate, under which the upper elastic damping element is placed, and along the edges of the horizontal slab there are fixed jibs located at an angle downwards and resting on obliquely arranged elastic elements fixed through the vibration damping pads on the jibs located at an angle downwards of the lower frame. Lower frame is made in the form of a horizontal plate, under which the lower elastic damping element is placed, which is a damper. Slopes, located at an angle downwards, of the lower frame are rigidly connected to the horizontal slats of the lower frame, resting on the vertical elastic elements fixed through the vibration damping gaskets on the base. Obliquely arranged upper frame elastic elements, as well as the lower frame vertical elastic elements are made in the form of cylindrical helical springs.
EFFECT: increase in the vibration isolation effectiveness.
