SUBSTANCE: respiration device includes a mask with a check valve connected by a tube to a reducer and a gas cylinder. According to the invention, the apparatus between the reduction gear and the removable balloon comprises a hollow structure, in the center of which round channels are formed in the lower and upper walls, and on the side of them there is a channel with an internal thread for the threads of the reducer, and in the channel of the bottom wall of the hollow structure there is an internal thread under the cylinder with gas, with the possibility of changing the cylinder, central channel in the upper wall of the hollow structure is made in the form of conical buttons and plugs, the peaks of which in the channel are connected by a rod, to the lower surface of the upper wall of the hollow structure, the end of the leaf spring is attached, the free end thereof comprising a pointed punch located under the lower opening of the upper wall of the channel, on the upper surface of the hollow structure is fastened a lock with the top, bottom and side walls, and in the bottom wall of the lock under the button a through semicircular slot with the same distance of its concavity of the slot from the axis is made, surface of the upper wall of the lock above the slot is made with a longitudinal inclination relative to the length of the slot. Gas cylinder membrane is made on upper surface of its neck with a smaller thickness at its center. Hollow structure is made of a rigid synthetic material, and a leaf spring with a hard metal perforator. Sharp end of the perforator is located at the edge of the lower opening of the channel of the upper wall of the hollow structure with the possibility of puncturing the center of the membrane. Mask on the sides contains straps, on the free ends of which a velcro cloth clasp is made.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at the possibility of ensuring a longer oxygen saturation of blood in the prehospital stage by rapid, repeated replacement of a can of oxygen in the apparatus.
