FIELD: pulp and paper industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pulp and paper industry and is intended for processing a fibrous layer with a component of nanoscale dimensions when receiving by aerodynamic method of forming paper, cartographic and restoration paper, mainly. Disclosed is a method of producing paper for aerodynamic forming, including moistening a cellulose semi-finished product with water to a moisture content of 48-50%, obtaining a moisture-saturated air suspension of fibers, forming a fibrous layer, moistening a fibrous layer with a binder solution between two felts, pressing and drying a paper web, characterized in that on one side of the formed the fibrous layer, when moistened with the use of an anti-adhesive material, is applied as a binder to a nanosuspension of bacterial cellulose synthesized by the Komagataeibacter rhaeticus (CCR) B-13015 strain at a suspension concentration of 0.1 - 0.01%, in an amount of 0.3-1.5% by weight absolutely dry softwood or hardwood pulp.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is a method of aerodynamic paper making with uniform one-sided application of bacterial cellulose nanosuspension onto the formed fibrous layer, wetting the paper web with water, pressing and drying the paper, which provides an increase in paper performance in terms of breaking length and fracture resistance.
