FIELD: electronic equipment.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to electrical engineering and conversion equipment, particularly, to static converters of electric energy designed as per scheme of two-link electrical converters. Disclosed frequency converter circuit has sufficient universality and may be used to construct frequency converters within wide range of capacities. Set task is achieved by that electric circuit converter instead of uncontrolled rectifier bridge and power contactor is semi-controlled rectifier bridge and added additional elements charging circuit and elements of automating process of charge.

EFFECT: at minimum amount of elements of improved functionality of product, higher reliability, decreased weight, dimensions and cost, as well as automated reservoir capacitor charging static frequency converter.
