FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method of industrial processing sunflower peeling ash for producing an aqueous alkali solution and leached sunflower peeling ash consists of two, three or more technological steps. At the first stage, water is supplied to the process vessel in an amount corresponding to the processed amount of the sunflower peeling ash, this amount of ash is fed to the process vessel with constant stirring, after completion of ash feeding, the resulting mixture is stirred for a time calculated on the basis of: for one and one and a half ton of ash the mixing time is from 40–50 minutes. Stirring is stopped and the resulting mixture is settled for a time determined from the ratio: for one and one and a half ton of ash, the settling time is 2–4 hours. After settling, the resulting aqueous alkali solution is drained from the process vessel, and the precipitate is discharged from the process vessel for use at the next stage, during which the obtained wet precipitate is fed with constant stirring into another process vessel, previously filled with water in the same proportion as in the first vessel, based on the initial amount of dry ash. After the feeding is finished, stirring is stopped and the resulting mixture is set, depending on the initial amount of ash from which the precipitate is obtained, for 2–4 hours for one and one and a half ton to produce an aqueous alkali solution and a precipitate. Then, the resulting aqueous alkali solution is drained from the second process vessel, and the precipitate in the form of leached sunflower peeling ash is discharged from the process vessel and dried to produce the finished leached ash.

EFFECT: technical result of using the invention is waste-free production of sunflower peeling ash products having stable qualitative characteristics: first, an aqueous alkali solution with a minimum content of inorganic salts and other impurities in it, and second, leached ash.
