FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a locking device for fixing a wear part in a corresponding support for excavators and for other similar machines. Locking device for fixing a wear part on a support comprises a stop element with a stop end, a thread and at least one coil spring defining a longitudinal axis, wherein the spring is at least partially screwed into the thread, means for forcing the locking member onto and retracting from the spring. In a partially screwed-up position, the non-screwed part of the spring has not screwed in loose turns, so that the not screwed part can change its length, allowing the spring to work both as a screw and as a spring.
EFFECT: increased safety and reliability, easy assembly and disassembly for quick replacement of wear parts.
