SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedic dentistry, and can be used to manufacture a plastic basis for a removable dental prosthesis. Dental flask for manufacturing a plastic basis for a removable prosthesis, comprising a hollow body made of two halves, in the fracture plane of which there is an opposing inlet and outlet for the base plastic, perpendicular to the fracture plane, fixing mechanisms are fastened to fix two halves of the hollow body, fasteners for their assembly, a syringe press for filling the base plastic through the inlet and a guide cylinder for the syringe press. In the upper half of the hollow body, there are holes closed by plugs, respectively, for filling and evacuation of gypsum and for filling with silicone. In the outlet for plastic there is a cylindrical valve with a hole, which when rotated by 180° becomes a plug, and the guide cylinder is placed in the inlet for the plastic to fix it with the buttock. In the lower part of the flask there is an additional pallet. Inside the guide cylinder with a thread, a polymeric charging cylinder is placed until bumping and fixed in the inlet of the flask, in which there is a protrusion-fixing mechanisms. In the outlet of the flask, a valve is installed with a hole upwards.

EFFECT: technical result is improved design of the flask, manufacturability in the production of flask parts, convenience when using by a dental mechanic, exclusion of burr and cavern of the basis of a removable prosthesis, avoiding overstating the height of the patient's bite, saving the time of the orthopedic surgeon and dental mechanic, as well as increased labor productivity and reduced cost of expensive equipment.
