FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for treatment of burn wounds of II-III A degree. When the "Silkofix Gel Ag" coating is changed, ultraviolet irradiation of the burn wound is applied, starting from a radiation dose of 50 micrograms ⋅ min/cm2 for 30 seconds. Duration of the irradiation session is increased daily by 30 seconds until the wound is epithelialized. The wound is consistently affected by low frequency pulsed magnetic field with a frequency of 50 Hz, induction 30 MTL within 5 minutes, daily increasing radiation session duration by 1 minute to complete wound epithelization.
EFFECT: increased effectiveness of burn wounds treatment, reducing the time of wound epithelialization, reducing postoperative complications.
