FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: process line for the production of non-metallic fittings includes a bobbin carrier with roving bobbins, installed consistently, a levelling device, an impregnating bath with a preliminary tensioning device, providing an initial tension, which is equal in all threads, a squeezing device, a mechanism of roving parameter control during pulling, which includes a gradient tension device and a device providing a temperature gradient, a moulding unit, a spiral winding device, polymerization chamber, water cooling unit, pulling device, cutting and coiling unit. The new part in the device is that the line is provided with a mechanism of roving parameter control during pulling, installed between the squeezing device and the moulding unit, and the moulding unit consists of a separator made with evenly periphery-located through holes and a draw hole of the corresponding diameter D and a length L=5D, installed just before the spiral winding zone at a distance (1-10) D, where D is the diameter of the fittings. The mechanism for roving parameter control during pulling is designed to create gradient conditions for the formation of the structure of ∅20-32 mm bar by changing and automatically maintaining the tension gradient and the thread temperature across the cross-section during polymerization.

EFFECT: increase in the capacity of the process line.
