FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: process line for manufacture of composite reinforcement comprises bobbin carrier with roving bobbins, levelling device, baking chamber, impregnation bath with tightening device, squeezing device, moulding unit, helical winding device, polymerisation chambers, pulling device, units for cutting and reeling. Besides moulding unit is made of 2 parts, the first of which is a die with a slot channel, thickness of which is lower than reinforcement diametre and equals (0.7-0.1)d, and width equals (2-10)d. Downstream there is the 2^nd part of device arranged with round channel, diametre of which equals (1.2-1.5)d, where d is reinforcement diametre. Besides moulding unit is installed directly upstream zone of helical winding. Process line is equipped with two devices of helical winding, arranged serially, and also devices for prevention of fibres twisting and distribution of polymer binder along reinforcement length.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of process line, possibility to produce new type of composite reinforcement with higher consumer properties.
