RADIATION-CURED POLYURETHANE(METH) ACRYLATES, WHICH ARE CAPABLE OF DISPERSING IN WATER Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC C08G18/32 C08G18/28 C08G18/30 C08G18/34 C08G18/38 C08G18/66 C08G18/67 C08G18/75 C09D175/04 C09D175/14

Abstract RU 2648994 C2

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to the radiation curable, water-dispersible polyurethane (meth) acrylates, which are used for application of coatings. Mentioned urethane(meth)acrylates are formed from (a) at least one (cyclo)aliphatic di- and/or polyisocyanate, from (b1) at least one (cyclo)aliphatic diol with the molecular weight that is less than 700 g/mol, from (b2) at least one polyester diol with the average molecular weight from 700 up to 2,000 and with the acid number of not more than 20 mg KOH/g, from (c) at least one compound that has at least one hydroxyl group and at least one unsaturated group, which is capable of radical polymerization, from (d) at least one compound that has at least one isocyanate-reactive group and at least one acid group, from (e) at least one base, from (f) optionally at least one monoalcohol that has exactly one hydroxyl group, (g) optionally at least one monofunctional polyalkylene oxide polyether alcohol alcohol, from (h1) at least one amine that is substituted with one or two hydrocarbon residues, which contain at least 12 carbon atoms, and (h2) optionally at least one compound containing at least two primary and/or secondary amino groups.

EFFECT: resulting urethane (meth) acrylates demonstrate good texture illumination, high optical clarity, and also form the smooth film when drying at the elevated temperature.
