FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to essential oil industry related equipment. Plant contains sealed container with in-built plates, steam boiler, steam conduit, refrigerator, separating flask, and rotor mounted in the bearing assembly. The container is cylindrical with upper part containing screw loader. Rotor is geared and has the attached S-shaped impeller mixers. The plates and S-shaped mixers are divided on even and odd differing that are reversed. The plates are perforated by partial forming the holes and bending the element edge. Perforation size of even plates increases in diameter to the plate periphery, and of odd ones it decreases in diameter to plate periphery. Unloading holes of odd plates are arranged at the periphery and are sector-shaped, and of even plates they are arranged in the centre. Edges are bent along the normal to impeller surface.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and stability of essence extraction by continuing the process.
