FIELD: essential oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: method for producing coriander fatty oil, which consists in the fact that the original coriander fruits are crushed to a particle size of 0.5-2 mm, to obtain crushed fragments of the shells and kernels of the coriander fruits, characterized in that the kernels of the coriander fruits are separated from the specified fragments of the shells by creating a fluidized layer at an air flow speed of 2-3 m/sec, separated fragments of coriander fruit shells are removed, coriander fruit kernels are sent to a storage hopper, from which they are dosed for pressing to obtain coriander fatty oil and cake, whereas at the place where the cake is unloaded, purging is carried out using inert gas. The unit for making coriander fatty oil, comprising a grinder for grinding coriander fruits to a particle size of 0.5-2 mm, with the formation of a mixture of fragments of shells and kernels, from which fragments of shells and kernels are fed at a specific speed of 700 to 1000 kg/m²/hour into a fluidized bed column apparatus in which the air purge rate is maintained at 2÷3 m/s for the free section of the column apparatus, providing a fluidized state for the kernels and entrainment of fragments of seed shells; the column apparatus with a fluidized bed comprises a lid in which there is a fitting for supplying fragments of shells and kernels and a fitting for connecting to the air line; the bottom of the column apparatus is meshed with a cell size of 0.1 to 0.4 mm for the passage of air flow, and above the bottom of the column apparatus there is a fitting for removing kernels into the storage hopper; a fan for creating an air flow in the column apparatus, connected through a pipeline with a bag filter, providing separation of shell fragments, which are transferred from the bag filter to a container for collecting shell fragments; dispenser for feeding coriander fruit kernels from the column apparatus into the storage hopper; a screw conveyor for feeding coriander kernels from a storage hopper into an oil press hopper, an oil press for squeezing coriander fatty oil from coriander kernels.

EFFECT: increased yield of fatty acids.
