FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: use: for X-ray phase analysis of nanophases in aluminum alloys. Invention comprises producing, from the aluminum alloy, a test foil which is subjected to X-rays and an X-ray image is recorded, by the image, the nanophases contained in the foil under test are identified and quantified, and the X-ray image is recorded in a luminescence mode using a parallel beam by which the nanophase peaks are determined and by which nanophase contained in the foil with a volume fraction of less than 1 % are identified and quantified.

EFFECT: technical result: identification and quantitative determination of nanophases with a volume fraction of less than 1 % present in the test sample of the aluminum alloy.
