FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical industry, in particular to automatic control systems, and can be used to maintain the temperature of the reaction mixture of chemical reactors-polymerizers. System consists of a main control loop and a lead channel. Main circuit ensures the stabilization of the reaction mixture temperature inside the reactor-polymerizer by means of a regulator. Lead channel generates a pre-alarm signal of the dependence from the change of the current load on the asynchronous motor. Lead signal is fed to the main loop comparison element in order to increase the supply of the coolant to the jacket of the polymerization reactor, thereby avoiding a sharp increase in the temperature of the reaction mixture, which starts to increase by rising the dissipation of mechanical energy to mixing.
EFFECT: technical result is to improve the quality of a technological object control by changing the dynamic properties of the control channel, depending on the state of the object control.
