As a result of the operation of the fast circuit, a control action (UN) is generated, supplied to the technological object of control (TOC) 4 in form of a power required to rotate a mixer. Then, as a result of the operation of unit 3 of the correcting apparatus (CA) and the regulator 6 (RT), a control action (UT) is generated, supplied to the technological object of control (TOC) 4 in form of a flow of the refrigerating agent.

EFFECT: improved quality of controlling the temperature of the reaction mixture during the suspension polymerisation process.
