FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical industry, in particular to automatic control systems, and can be used to maintain the temperature of the reaction mass of chemical reactors-polymerizers. System consists of two control loops. First loop provides the set rotation speed of the stirrer inside the reactor-polymerizer, the second loop ensures the stabilization of temperature of the reaction mass inside the reactor-polymerizer. Lead channel generates a lead signal depending on the change in the output signal of the regulator providing stabilization of the rotation speed of the reactor–polymerizer mixer. Lead signal is supplied to the element comparison circuit to stabilize the temperature of reaction mass in the reactor-polymerizer with the purpose of increasing the flow of refrigerant into the jacket reactor-polymerizer, thus avoiding a sharp increase in temperature of reaction mass inside the reactor-polymerizer, which begins to increase due to an increase in the dissipation of mechanical energy for mixing.
EFFECT: technical result is to improve the quality of a technological object control by changing the dynamic properties of the control channel of reaction mass temperature, depending on the state of the object control.
