FIELD: cosmetology.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to cosmetology and describes a composition in the form of a water-in-oil emulsion, a cosmetic product and a makeup method. Composition as per the present invention is characterized in that it comprises: (a) from 1 to 20 % by weight of an ester of a polyhydric alcohol with a fatty acid and/or a hydrocarbon; (b) from 3 to 20 % by weight of a transparent, non-volatile silicone oil, which is separated upon mixing with component (a) at 25 °C; (c) from 0.1 to 5 % by weight of zinc decyltrisiloxane carboxylate; and (d) water. Cosmetic product is characterized in that it contains the said composition. Makeup method is characterized in that it includes applying the first agent comprising an ester of a polyhydric alcohol with a fatty acid and/or a hydrocarbon and water; and applying the second agent comprising a transparent, non-volatile silicone oil, which is separated by mixing with the ester of a polyhydric alcohol with the fatty acid and/or the hydrocarbon at 25 °C, and zinc decyltrisiloxane carboxylate onto the applied surface after stage (I).

EFFECT: group of inventions provides high stability of the composition and a feeling of freshness when applied and a glossy surface and can be used as a basis for cosmetic products.
