FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technique of oil production and, in particular, to the technique of lifting the producing production of wells, namely water-gas-oil emulsions. Device comprises a electrical centrifugal pump lowered into the well on the flow string. Above the pump in the cavity of the rising pipes a pneumatic cap for surge dampening is placed, equipped with a check valve installed in its lower part, a throttling channel and a fluid flow swirler. Throttling channel of the pneumatic cap is made on the side surface of the cap. Below the pneumatic cap in the inner cavity of the inner rising pipe, installed coaxially, the area of the liquid flow swirler, made in the form of a spiral, is perforated. Throttling channel is made in the form of a tapered hole, which base is turned inward of the pneumatic cap. Said channel has a plug of the corresponding profile and is located on one axis with a mounting hole on the opposite wall of the pneumatic cap, which is plugged with a screw.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the operability and reliability of the plant, a reduction in the vibration of the underground pumping equipment caused by the presence of gas inclusions in pumped products.
