SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in everyday life during cooking. Universal colander is made in the form of a nozzle, installed in the cooking appliance. Nozzle body is formed by a cylindrical part directed downward and a conical part directed upward, these parts being interconnected by a flat annular portion which is adapted to be supported on the cooking apparatus. Nozzle body has a perforated bottom, which is located at the lower end of the cylindrical part. In the bottom, rows of concentrically arranged holes are made, the holes located in the central part of the bottom are made cylindrical, and the holes located in the periphery are made in the form of arc-shaped slits of at least three rows, the width of which is made smaller, and the length is larger than the diameter of the cylindrical holes. When the liquid boils in the cooker, an air bubble flow is formed, which will raise the foam and slag up through the holes in the perforated bottom of the nozzle. Nozzle will forcibly divide the liquid from the foam and slag.
EFFECT: prevents the escape of liquid during boiling and boiling, easy removal of foam and slag.
