SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric traction systems of vehicles powered by a wind generator. Device for generating electric energy on a high-speed vehicle while braking it contains aerodynamic brakes placed on the vehicle body. Aerodynamic brakes are made in the form of rotary elements, each of which is made in the form of two flaps, placed equidistantly relative to the longitudinal axis of the body. Under the flaps in the body is a cavity for placing the wind generator. In this case, the cavity is formed by an opening in the body and vertical walls along the contour of the opening.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to increase the performance characteristics of the brake system.
